Matthew Bassiur, Vice President, Pfizer Global Security, oversees investigations, anti-counterfeiting enforcement, physical security and crisis management for the Americas Region, manages the worldwide Strategic Planning and Intelligence directorates, and serves as deputy to Pfizer’s Chief Security Officer.

Vice President Enforcement and Assistant General Counsel, Calvin Klein, Inc

Dawn Buonocore-Atlas is the Vice President, Enforcement and Assistant General Counsel for Calvin Klein, Inc. She is responsible for the worldwide enforcement of intellectual property for Calvin Klein. Dawn was also Chair of the Board of Directors of the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC), the only nonprofit organization solely dedicated to intellectual property enforcement, from 2002 through 2006. Since 2006, Dawn has served on the Executive Board of Directors of the IACC. She has also served as the Chair of the Brand Protection Counsel of the American Apparel and Footwear Association since 2008.

Foundation Chair John Clark, Pfizer’s Chief Security Officer and Vice President of Global Security, leads a global team of security professionals whose mission is to ensure that programs are in place to protect the Company’s personnel, real and intellectual property, reputation, and the integrity of its medicines. Serving as Pfizer’s “Center of Excellence” for security, his organization includes three regional teams – Americas, EMEA and APAC – whose members provide a holistic approach to the unique security needs of their regions, as well as teams specializing in Information Security, Strategic Planning and Threat Management. Since joining Pfizer in 2008, Mr. Clark has been recognized as a leading spokesperson for the pharma industry on the threat that counterfeit medicines pose to patient health and safety.

Foundation Treasurer Mary Loiselle retired as the Principal Deputy Associate Director in the Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO ), within Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In that capacity she oversaw the operations of Detention Management, Removal Management; Enforcement; Mission Support; Immigration Health Services Corps; and Field Operations the division with jurisdiction over 24 field offices. Prior to this, Ms. Loiselle was the Assistant Director for Management, Deputy Assistant Director for Detention Management and the Field Office Director for the former Detention and Removal Operations field office in the Washington, DC area.

Mark Mutterperl is a brand protection partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology Department of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.’s New York Office.  Among other things, Mr. Mutterperl enforces trademark rights against counterfeiting, infringement and dilution.

Deputy Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

In 1982, Alonzo Peña became a Texas DPS Trooper stationed in Alice, Texas.  In 1984, he was hired to serve as a Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF).  In 1987, Alonzo transferred to the U.S. Customs Service and was stationed in Corpus Christi, Texas.  In 1995, Alonzo was promoted to U.S. Customs Resident Agent in Charge,Brownsville, Texas. In 1999, he was promoted to Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Customs office in El Paso, Texas. In 2003, pursuant to the creation of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Customs Service was merged with the Immigration and Naturalization Service resulting in the creation of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE).

Marc A. Raimondi is a Director of Government Relations at Harris Corporation in Washington, DC focusing on national and international external communications and government relations. Mr. Raimondi joined Harris in 2007 following 15-years as a career civilian government official at the Departments of Homeland Security and Defense.  Mr. Raimondi, a former U.S. Army Infantryman, holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a graduate certificate in Communications Theory from the University of Oklahoma at Norman.  Harris is an international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets in more than 125 countries.

Robert “Bob” Rutt is an Executive Consultant at Cherokee Woods Consulting, Corp (CWCC). CWCC provides management and law enforcement consulting services for government agencies and private industry on a variety of topics to include anti money laundering, intellectual property theft, and immigration worksite compliance. Bob is currently working on a consulting project for a District Attorney’s Office in Texas.  Prior to joining CWCC Bob was the ICE Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge (SAC) in Houston Texas.

Ms. Zutavern is a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton where she specializes in strategies and advanced analytics for law enforcement clients. She leads teams of professionals working across the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice delivering strategy development and deployment, intelligence-to-operations information fusion, technology planning and solutions, organizational analyses, and performance metrics. She also advises clients on whole-of-government and inter-agency approaches, as well as strategies for combating illicit supply chains that support criminal enterprises.
