ICE’s Role in Fighting Child Exploitation

Millions of children fall prey to sexual predators every year. These young victims are left with permanent psychological, physical and emotional scars.

ICE targets and investigates child pornographers, child sex tourists and facilitators, human smugglers and traffickers of minors, criminal aliens convicted of offenses against minors and those deported for child exploitation offenses who have returned illegally.

ICE is also a key member of the Virtual Global Taskforce, a group of law enforcement agencies from around the world working together to fight child abuse online. The taskforce strives to make the Internet a safer place, to identify, locate and help children at risk, and to hold perpetrators accountable.

How You Can Help Fight Child Exploitation

Thanks to your generosity at last year’s golf tournament, the ICE Foundationwas able to support child exploitation investigations by purchasing critical computer equipment for ICE international partners working on the VirtualGlobal Task Force. We hope you will be able to participate again in this year’s golf tournament which will raise money to fund similar initiatives.

Please join us again this year to help out on this extremely worthwhile cause – thank you for your support!
