Angela Zutavern
Foundation Secretary

Ms. Zutavern is a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton where she specializes in strategies and advanced analytics for law enforcement clients. She leads teams of professionals working across the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice delivering strategy development and deployment, intelligence-to-operations information fusion, technology planning and solutions, organizational analyses, and performance metrics. She also advises clients on whole-of-government and inter-agency approaches, as well as strategies for combating illicit supply chains that support criminal enterprises. Ms. Zutavern has experience implementing major change programs in multiple organizations and aligning business strategies, organization structures, and people to overall performance objectives. She helped build out Booz Allen’s proven methodology for concurrently managing the multiple dimensions of change – the Transformation Life Cycle – which is a comprehensive approach to implementing successful, game-changing initiatives that allow organizations to improve their performance. Other clients Ms. Zutavern has advised include the Department of Defense, Department of the Interior, Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, United States Postal Service, Internal Revenue Service, and various commercial organizations. She holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from VirginiaTech. She is also a graduate of the DEA Citizen’s Academy.
